James Ryan (also known on Twitter and Instagram as @safeisdeath) was born and raised in the beautiful Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. He's the non-fiction author of DESOLATE WARRIOR and SOCIOPATRIOT. He's an artist, a martial artist, an interviewer, a blogger and a podcast host. He's the former Media Coordinator for the Ontario Football Conference, as well as the Hamilton Hurricanes (CJFL), plus he's a former Project Officer, Pre-Apprenticeship Program Coordinator and Customer Relations Instructor with Niagara College Canada.
