At the start of the story, our protagonist, a young orphan living on the streets, grapples with his identity and the type of person he wants to become. As the tale unfolds, we learn about Jafar's initial encounter with the magic lamp that would come to define his existence and shape his life from the outset. We witness Jafar's introduction to the world of magic, and his inner struggle as he tries to determine the best way to harness his newfound abilities. Eventually, Jafar meets his first mentor, who instills a sense of belief and purpose in him. However, the episode concludes on a tense note, as Jafar inadvertently finds himself embroiled in a situation he had hoped to avoid.
