Why was Ground Oz Delayed?
Simply put, we expanded this into one of the largest stories we've ever made, and possibly the world's largest interactive book. Not only are there over 750 locations, with thousands of characters to interact with but... You can be 6 different people and they will interact with you differently. That's right, we made 6 different versions of this story. One involving an older Dorothy, two involve her twin grandchildren Drew and Drea and one each involves a young Tin-Boy, Lion Cub, and Scarecrow.
In this timeline, Dorothy did not go to Oz, instead, a girl named Zekeila did. It is your responsibility to locate Zekeila and either assist her in taking over Oz or prevent her from doing so. However, the arrival of Zekeila is not the only significant event taking place in Oz. The Brothers of War have seized control of every major city, and a revolution is on the horizon, necessitating that you choose a side in the national debate.
Alternatively, you could opt to rule over both factions by neutralizing them or disregard the political turmoil entirely and focus on treasure hunting. Oz is home to numerous concealed artifacts and collectibles that require puzzle-solving and clue-solving to uncover. The majority of these answers are located within the several libraries scattered throughout Oz, where you may read books within the book itself.
Furthermore, some hidden treasures necessitate musical proficiency to locate. A leaderboard in Town Square will display the first individuals to locate everything. You can spend days exploring the Forests of Gagu in search of rare animals, or you can mine for gems to generate revenue. This is your chance to explore the Land of Oz like you've never been able to before.
